From Prison to PIONEER CEO™ of Three Multi-Million Companies

When I came back after two years innocent incarceration in a third world country, I entered a prison cell in my home country Switzerland where I had a bed, toilet, cupboard, sink, bed, window, television, and table with a chair. 

On top of that, the prison guard told me that if I needed anything, I could just press the button, and someone would respond immediately to help me with anything.

Needless to say that in comparison to the 3rd world prison I had spent the last two years with a shared cell, a bucket to sh!t in, no table, no television and no window, and some days no water or food, this was like heaven.

I finished my sentence and was released from prison seven weeks later.

I packed my things and left my home country within two weeks.

Since then, I've had one goal with every one of my companies.

For them to be a home for everyone who is part of it and to contribute to meaningful and lasting change on the planet.

I rebuilt everything from the ground up bigger and better than before. We've expanded onto six continents and served entrepreneurs and companies in two different languages and out-successed (yep, I invented that word) every milestone I ever had:

But I did that with only one goal: to become replaceable within my own companies because if today or tomorrow, I'd die or something else happened (I guess I am not gonna end up in prison again), they could live on without me.

HOW DID I DO IT?

When we set our mind and heart to achieve an impossible vision and we don't quite know how to achieve it, we start procrastinating or searching in the wrong places. It's human nature. 

There is nothing wrong with you, because you're doing that. It's just important to recognize when you are doing it. 

For me, the most important thing with every big endeavor that I embark on, is always to remove time from the equation and start today. I can only do that because I accept a simple truth upon which life is built.

Everything exists right in this moment. Time is an illusion.

TO EMBODY YOUR IMPOSSIBLE VISION

You came here wired entirely different and, therefor, will experience yourself mainly as an outsider who is just not fitting in. Because you don't. We don't need to blow this out of proportion either. It just is and will be until you step up as a PIONEER WOMAN.

You need to understand how you are wired so that you don't spend your life wandering around and seeking other people's approval and never owning who you are.

There is no need to embark on an endless quest of self-searching. Everything that you are exists right in this moment, including the right next steps to achieve your impossible vision in half the time.

But when you spend your life searching and distracting yourself from your true calling, you are not protecting your life force because you are a natural giver and came here with so much to give, share and inspire that you just can't live any other way. 

You are hurting if you can't spread your love. We aren't taught how to protect our life force and who is deserving of our attention and who is just draining the energy out of us because they are not connected to their own. 

Playing catch-up and feeling so slightly overwhelmed by all the requirements to take action on your calling is a symptom of a leaky container. Mostly followed by a lower cash month than the previous higher one.

These are signs that you are leaking your life-force. And as you've probably heard me say many times, you can't expand a leaky container. You have to first look at the root cause that is causing the cracks.

IT'S ALL ABOUT ANCHORING INTO PRESENCE

You are not meant to carry the world on your shoulders. To spill your life force all over the place because you are 1000 times stronger than most people this includes running a world-changing movement through your body and soul. 

You are supposed to stay in your CREATIVE GENIUS and enjoy being a HUMAN BEING to inspire other people and lead by example for them to see what is really possible once you boldly walk into the unknown.

The land which you are exploring has never been seen before. So you can't seek outside approval and expect others to understand and say yes to what you are doing. You are downloading what has never been here before.

It is time-consuming and demanding of you to dedicate your everything to it to be breathed, lived and worked by it so that you can inspire others to change the world with you and step up as PIONEER WOMEN.

One of the challenging aspects of a PIONEER WOMAN and something that no one is really talking about is how to bring the CREATIVE VISION inspired by the CREATIVE GENIUS aka the ARTIST within into the world in a way that is congruent with that Vision but not pushing it yet at the same time not taking forever for the results to show up.

The challenge when receiving the inspired vision by your CREATIVE GENIUS is that it needs to be congruent with your TRUE CALLING, supported by your mind, fuelled by your emotions and executed by your physical body with a sustainable strategy. 

If it gets stuck somewhere on the way because you haven’t learnt how to master them all and bring it into alignment with that vision you’ll be scared to death that bringing this vision to life aka giving birth to it and therefore putting it out there for everybody to see, is killing it.

Because what if it doesn’t work?

What if people are criticizing me?

What if I fail?

This is so insane, why should anybody want to invest in my work when the whole industry I am in is telling the opposite?

That's your fear talking. You don't need to get rid of your fear. It shows you the direction to take. However, you don't want to take action with uncertainty either.

You must first embody your impossible vision to achieve it in half the time. You do this by stepping up as a PIONEER WOMAN that boldly walks into the unknown.

Here is how to do that!

If you've already received your big vision or got a glimpse of it during prayer and the deep listening, it probably has short circuited your nervous system and blown your mind. So much that you have no clue how to go about it or what the first step even is. That's ok! We also haven't been taught how to navigate a world-changing calling and create a movement that can outlast us - until now 😉

If you're still putting the pieces together for your impossible vision to become fully invested, that's ok too. But sitting down in prayer with the earth, spirit and all your inner and outer elements is the first step on the journey to walking into the unknown.

When we receive a big vision that completely blows our mind, it's part of human nature to either get scared or lost. If we don't have clarity about our right next steps, are scared or lost, we start procrastinating and adding time to the equation. What could have taken months or 1-2 years is taking us a lifetime instead.

The key to avoiding that is to simplify your approach, clear out any and all distractions, noise and shiny objects and get laser-focused on a sustainable strategy that is the right one for you. Making space, uplevelling your confidence and claiming the impossible outcome is essential. 

Expand beyond your mind and into presence where the past, present and future kiss each other. Instead of chasing a goal and feeling like you are never catching up, you are dropping into the version of you that is already living your impossible vision and download your right next steps from that presence into this moment.

Whatever your right next steps are that come to you, you want to ensure that you are taking them at your own pace, feeling safe and most importantly without any cracks that are leaking your life force.
