🐎 There is no one coming to save you. There is also no magic pill to get rich overnight and make your business work suddenly.
If you are not already putting in the work and showing up every day excited about serving your clients, marketing, or enrolling new ones, you will not take the actions you need to take to have a thriving business.
Because these are the only things, you should be doing at this stage in your business:
1️⃣ Serving your clients, which you can’t outsource as long as you haven’t retired from coaching and put a great process and people in charge like we did at PioneerU.
2️⃣ Marketing to generate new leads on a daily which you can’t do if you are not clear on your offer, who the best client is to get the results, so you only enroll those clients and deliver 100%. That’s necessary for your confidence not to take a hit. Lost confidence always leads to you not being sold on you and your offer, which leads to #3.
3️⃣ You should be enrolling new clients and hitting your enrollment numbers every week to reach your monthly revenue and cash goal. But if you are not sold on you and your offer because you don’t have #1 and #2 in place, you won’t consistently show up and make that happen.
That means you are most likely trapped on the income rollercoaster like so many other service-based business providers out there.
As I shared in my last post, the truth is that your business is not healthy, and you are leaking yours and your business’ life-force.
Your warning bells should be ringing, and you should be busy making sure that you get the five elements fully integrated to have a healthy business that has no cracks and that can expand on its own.
Only then are you no longer the one trying to hustle, grind, fill the cracks, and instead have a business taking care of you.
